Shipping and Delivery Terms

Orders are handed to the carrier within 5 business days. This is a dispatch period, not a delivery period. It covers the time until the parcel is given to the courier, not the day it reaches you. Weekends and public holidays do not count.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1-4 business days; this depends on the courier company and the delivery address. This is an estimate; the legal maximum delivery period is stated in the section below.

Delivery time depends on the courier; we do not undertake it. Delivery may in no case exceed 30 days from the date the order reaches us. If that period is exceeded, you may terminate the contract and recover your payments with statutory interest. (Regulation on Distance Contracts / Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği, art. 16)

Please enter your address and telephone details in full; an incorrect address delays delivery.

Shipping is free. For domestic orders within Turkiye, shipping costs are covered by Two Borg. Orders are shipped through our contracted carrier. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, the tracking number and shipment details will be sent to you by email.

An item being out of stock does not count as an inability to fulfil the order; we will not cancel your order unilaterally on that ground. If we genuinely become unable to deliver the product, we notify you within 3 days and refund your payment within 14 days at the latest.
