Returns & Right of Withdrawal

1. Withdrawal period

A consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from delivery without giving a reason.

2. Return request

Email your order number and return request to info@two-borg.com. Current return-shipping instructions will then be provided.

3. Product condition

Returned goods are expected to be:

• in resaleable condition,
• complete and undamaged,
• returned with the product box/accessories,
• not used beyond ordinary inspection.

Daily wear, scratches, deformation, chemical/perfume/cream exposure or other use that reduces resale value may be assessed as diminished value in accordance with applicable law.

4. Return shipping

For statutory withdrawal, where the return carrier designated by TWO-BORG is used, return shipping is not charged to the consumer. If no carrier is designated, no return-shipping charge is collected from the consumer under the applicable Turkish rules.

6. Refund

Amounts required to be refunded following lawful withdrawal are returned within the statutory period and using a method compatible with the original payment instrument. The customer’s bank/card issuer may have a separate posting time.

7. Defective or incorrect goods

Statutory rights for incorrect, damaged or non-conforming goods remain reserved. Sending your order number and, where possible, photographs to info@two-borg.com may help resolve the issue faster.

8. Tarnishing and plating

925 sterling silver may naturally oxidize/tarnish, while gold/rose plating may wear depending on use and chemical exposure. Whether a condition constitutes a defect is assessed based on the product description, care instructions, condition at delivery and the specific circumstances.
