1. Sales and contact information

Shipping is free. For domestic orders within Turkiye, shipping costs are covered by TWO-BORG. Orders are shipped through our contracted carrier. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, the tracking number and shipment details will be sent to you by email.

2. Main product characteristics

The product name, material, color, size, variant, quantity and other key characteristics are shown on the product page and in the order summary.

3. Price and payment

The total amount payable, including applicable taxes, discounts and delivery charges, is shown immediately before order confirmation. Payments may be processed by iyzico and/or other licensed payment service providers displayed on the Site.

4. Dispatch and delivery

Delivery & Shipping Conditions

Unless otherwise stated, orders are handed to the carrier within 5 business days. Domestic delivery after dispatch may take up to 5 business days under normal conditions.

5. Right of withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw within 14 days from delivery without giving a reason. Notice may be sent to info@two-borg.com.

6. Return carrier and cost

The return carrier designated by TWO-BORG should be used. Under applicable Turkish rules, statutory return-shipping costs are not charged to the consumer when the Seller’s designated return carrier is used.

8. Returned product

The product is expected to be resaleable, complete, undamaged and not used beyond ordinary inspection. Diminished value caused by use is assessed under applicable law.

9. Complaints and disputes

Complaints may be sent to info@two-borg.com. Depending on the nature and current monetary thresholds of the dispute, consumers may apply to the competent consumer arbitration committee or, where applicable, to the consumer court following mandatory pre-litigation mediation.

10. Order confirmation

Immediately before placing the order, the consumer confirms that the main product characteristics, total price, delivery conditions, withdrawal information and the fact that the order entails an obligation to pay have been clearly presented.
