These Terms govern the use of www.two-borg.com and purchases made through TWO-BORG. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

1. Site information

Shipping is free. For domestic orders within Turkiye, shipping costs are covered by TWO-BORG. Orders are shipped through our contracted carrier. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, the tracking number and shipment details will be sent to you by email.

2. Products

Key characteristics, material, size, color, plating, price and variants are stated on the relevant product page. Products described as 925 sterling silver are offered on that basis. Minor color differences may arise from screens, lighting or photography.

3. Prices and currency

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY/TL) and include applicable taxes.

4. Payment

Payments may be processed using the methods offered on the Site and through licensed payment service providers, including iyzico. The payment service provider is not the seller of the goods.

5. Dispatch and delivery

Delivery & Shipping Conditions

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, orders are handed to the carrier within a maximum of 5 business days after order confirmation. Domestic delivery after dispatch may take up to 5 business days under normal operating conditions. Public holidays, force majeure, address issues and carrier operations may affect delivery times.

6. Withdrawal and returns

Statutory withdrawal and return conditions are explained on the “Returns & Right of Withdrawal” page. Mandatory consumer rights cannot be restricted by these Terms.

7. Condition of returned goods

Returned goods are expected to be resaleable, complete, undamaged and not used beyond ordinary inspection. Where there is wear, scratching, deformation, chemical exposure, strong odor, damage or missing parts caused by use, diminished value may be assessed in accordance with applicable law.

8. Care

We recommend minimizing direct contact with water, sea/pool water, perfume, creams, cleaning agents and other chemicals, and storing jewelry in a dry enclosed environment when not in use.

9. Intellectual property

Brand elements, images, designs, texts and other Site content belong to their respective rights holders and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission except as permitted by law.

10. Security

The Site may not be used for fraudulent payments, unauthorized access, fraud, system interference or other unlawful purposes. Suspicious transactions may be reviewed under applicable law and payment-provider rules.

11. Disputes

Turkish law applies to consumer transactions in Turkiye. Depending on the nature and current monetary thresholds of a dispute, consumers may apply to the competent consumer arbitration committee or, where applicable, to the consumer court following mandatory pre-litigation mediation.
